VITA Zahnfabrik offers serial number-specific software updates for the devices of the above mentioned series.

For this reason, you should check your serial number directly on the device before performing a software update.

Please only perform the software update if the serial number of your vPad is within the indicated range.

This software update refers to the systems specified above, and is provided in generation-specific versions, due to extensive hardware and software changes. At IDS 2015, several software features were introduced that could not be implemented on models of the previous generation of the above-mentioned series, due to specific hardware incompatibility.

If you are interested in upgrading to the new software and hardware features, you can do so at any time by purchasing the latest generation of equipment, such as the control unit. The new control units are easy to install with dental furnaces from the series mentioned above of the generation prior to IDS 2015.

New updates are automatically displayed in the VITA vPad excellence and can be directly downloaded to the system via WLAN.

Upload of the process data
Process data of the furnace and the system data can be transmitted to VITA via WLAN on request by the user (also from the VITA FURNACE app).
The following data are sent to VITA:

– All customer data
– The last 100 error messages
– Process data of all connected furnaces.

– The software version 190410 is required in order to use the VITA FURNACE app.
