If you want to beat the competition, you have to be mobile, and able to think ahead and keep ahead of trends. The new course concept offers training schemes at various levels. The course system is being designed with greater flexibility to reach more customers in future. The central training programmes at the training centres in Pinneberg, Leipzig and Schwaig will be replaced from 1 July 2011 onwards by a close-knit network of venues that are close to our customers. That way our customers can save costs and travel. At the same time, the range of topics is being extended, upgraded and tailored to our customers' needs.

After-business events, experience events, seminars focusing on the future, but also individual training sessions and courses will be offered by the VITA Academy and in the region. At the same time, regional course managers will look after the customers locally, find out what courses and training schemes they would like, and organize individual training programmes close by the customers or on the customers' premises.
VITA places huge importance on training, especially in times of rapid technological change. With its new course concept, VITA is further expanding its varied range of challenging courses and offering a high-quality programme to support its customers both now and in the future.
