Since September, VITA Zahnfabrik has introduced innovations to expand its VITA VM LC composite veneering system that offer some compelling practical processing benefits: a new, time-saving paste opaquer, an additive to enhance the safety of the composite system, and a new user-friendly dosing syringe, complemented by four additional VITA classical shades and a new effect material.
Save time with OPAQUE PASTE
As an alternative to the tried and trusted powder and liquid opaquing system, VITA can now also offer its VITA VM LC OPAQUE PASTE paste opaquer. It considerably shortens the veneering time as the material is supplied ready-mixed in the syringe, and it polymerizes more quickly. Dosing errors are thus eliminated. OPAQUE PASTE has a visco-elastic consistency that permits precise and fast application; it also prevents the material from separating in the syringe, thus ensuring good storage properties of the paste. The new paste opaquer is available in eleven VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER shades, ten VITA classical A – D shades and one gingiva shade.
PRE OPAQUE for enhanced bonding reliability
The free flowing additive VM LC PRE OPAQUE strengthens the bond of the composite veneer on metal frameworks and is particularly suitable when using retentions and for use in undercuts.
Accurate dosing with the new syringe
The new ergonomically shaped rotary piston syringe with click lid is made of special plastic that is completely airtight and lightproof and allows precise application of the material, while at the same time sealing reliably after dosing, and keeping the syringe on the worktop without rolling.
New shades supplement the existing range
In addition to the complete range of VITA SYSTEM 3D-Master shades, VM LC has also become available in the ten most commonly used VITA classical A – D shades since September. Added to which, a new EE2 effect material for whitish-yellow enamel/incisor effects supplements the range of additives.
All of the new components have been available from VITA retail partners
since September.
