Failure of a device within the warranty period:
If a problem should occur within the warranty period and repair is not possible in situ then a loan piece of equipment will be made available free of charge and freight prepaid. Any special requests for shipping (e.g. express delivery) will be invoiced to the customer.
Failure of a device outside the warranty period:
If a problem should occur outside of the warranty period, then we will make a loan piece of equipment available for the fee of €150.00 / month.
The fees include shipping costs, use and checking of the equipment after its return.
