Mobile space-saving wonder
A space-saving furnace for everyday CAD/CAM use, the VITA SMART.FIRE ensures even more efficient ceramic chairside restorations. The miniaturized furnace with vacuum ability was optimized for chairside use and adapted to the special needs of dental technicians and dentists. Because of its smaller size, it fits in in every laboratory and is mobile for use in any treatment room. An integrated drawer with the necessary accessories ensures that the firing tray, firing pliers, cooling table, fibrous pad firing support and platinum pins are always at hand when they're needed. To safely fire the ceramic restorations, the firing base and the firing tray remain in a fixed position and only the firing chamber is gradually lowered.

Thanks to the intuitive operating concept, crystallization, glaze, stains and correction firing can be carried out easily on monolithic ceramic restorations. The VITA SMART.FIRE control unit with its high-resolution 10-inch touch display, makes it possible. The "Touch & Fire" principle allows material selection and program start to be done in a single step. Navigation is carried out by swiping self-explanatory icons. The integrated assistance function provides step-by-step instructions using a checklist for seamless firing, and ensures optimal firing results. With the VITA SMART.FIRE, fabricated ceramic implants can now be finished with CAD/CAM assistance in close proximity to the patient.
Accelerated CAD/CAM workflow
After the fitting and grinding, work can be carried out on-site and then cemented. Real chairside treatment is possible even for monolithic, ceramic restorations, with work remaining in-house. Tedious polishing in the chair is not required, as the surface quality is optimized. With the VITA SMART.FIRE, the workflow for monolithic and ceramic restorations from preparation and intraoral scanning to the final integration, can be further accelerated. This reduces the wait time for patients and enables an efficient treatment process.
