Freedom of choice for the dental technician
As the perfect complement, the denture teeth VITAPAN EXCELL and VITAPAN LINGOFORM fit easily in the VITA VIONIC BASE following basal adjustments by computer-aided manufacturing. For precise grinding results, the composite denture teeth are positioned in the VITA VIONIC FRAMES in a stable position. After basal and circular adjustments, a clinical wax try-in can be produced for the patient as usual, and individual patient-specific changes can be made. All this is made possible by the VITA VIONICWAX disc. It is milled according to the virtual design. The modified denture teeth fit perfectly into the precisely milled cavities.
Integrated material concept
After the digital denture design, the wax setup and optional way try-in is the basis for all further steps. The PMMA denture base VITA VIONIC BASE disc can now be milled based on the try-in. Manual investing and pressure-packing is no longer required and the residual monomer content left by the polymerization does not occur. The milled denture base without polymerization shrinkage ensures an exact fit and prevents pressure sores. With the special VITA VIONIC BOND bonding system, the modified teeth can be integrated quickly, accurately and reliably into the PMMA base. With no need for hot or cold polymerization, the low-viscosity and self-curing adhesive ensures gap-free and secure fixation of the denture teeth in the pre-milled alveoli.
